Mirror Retraction Dost

• The Mirror Retraction Dost (MRD) is a soft silicone autoclavable cushion that fits on the neck of the mirror handle adjacent to the mirror.
• It helps prevent the cheek from getting pinched between the handle and the mirror.
• It is constructed of medical grade soft silicone, so it is kind to our patient’s cheek and lip.
• The MRD allows for better retraction and vision and more comfort for your patients.
• Simply unscrew the mirror from the handle, slide the MRD over the mirror stem and screw the handle and mirror back together.
• It can be left on the mirror and is totally autoclavable and clear so vision is minimally obstructed.
• Patients will experience a much more comfortable procedure with the Mirror Dost on board, and you will have better vision and retraction as compared to a mirror alone.
