JullDent 153 Harvester

The Harvester is a surgical device/drill specifically developed for harvesting autogenous bone (bone tissue from the patient’s own body) in bone grafting and reconstruction procedures.

Stability: The system utilizes a dynamic mechanism where the surgeon makes an initial perforation with a pilot drill. By inserting the device’s stabilizing pin into this hole, the Harvester gains a circular guide that prevents the drill from slipping out of position or “sliding” over the bone during rotation.

Safety (Predictability): It has a physical limiter in its cylindrical geometry that prevents the drill bit from penetrating more than 3 mm into the recipient bed. This avoids the risk of anatomical accidents or perforations beyond what was planned.

Effectiveness (Minimally Traumatic): The protocol is designed for clean, controlled bone removal with efficient cutting, generating less trauma at the donor site and optimizing surgical time.
