The Julldent Bone Expander is an innovative system designed to optimize dental implant procedures, offering an effective solution for bone expansion and compaction in areas where bone tissue is limited. This technological advancement allows dental professionals to improve bone conditions at the implant site, ensuring greater primary stability and facilitating the long-term success of dental implants.

  • BONE EXPANSION
    Surgically expanding narrow areas of bone crest to create adequate space for dental implants.
    This technique is particularly useful in patients with bone atrophy or where there is insufficient bone to support an implant.
  • IMPROVED BONE DENSITY
    Compacting the bone around the implant site increases bone density and, consequently, the primary stability of the implant. This is crucial for the long-term success of the implant.
  • MAXILLARY SINUS LIFT
    Assisting in maxillary sinus lift procedures, especially useful when more invasive techniques are to be avoided.
    The Bone Expander can be used to create a precise and minimally invasive osteotomy, allowing for elevation of the sinus membrane and subsequent placement of graft material.
  • USE IN HARD-TO-REACH AREAS
    To facilitate access and preparation for implants in anatomically challenging areas, such as the posterior maxilla, where bone density is often low and space is limited.

USER MANUAL

STEP 1: Begin drilling with a 1.3 mm diameter drill bit, establishing the desired depth at a speed of up to 850 RPM, which may vary depending on bone density. Constant irrigation should be maintained during drilling.

STEP 2: After drilling, begin the procedure with the Ø 1.6 mm bone reamer at a speed between 850 and 1250 RPM, clockwise, with irrigation during the procedure, and a penetration and retraction movement until reaching the depth determined by the Ø1.3 lance drill.

STEP 3: Strictly follow the sequence of bone expanders ( Ø1.6mm – Ø 1.8mm – Ø 2.0mm – Ø 2.3mm…) until you reach the desired diameter for implant placement. Never disregard or alter the order of the expanders. Follow the same procedure described in step #2.

STEP 4: For Ø 3.0mm; Ø 3.3mm; Ø 3.5mm and Ø 3.8mm bone expanders, the maximum speed should be 850 RPM. For Ø 4.0mm; Ø 4.3mm and Ø 4.5mm bone expanders, reduce the speed to 400 RPM.

CONSIDERATIONS RELEVANT TO THE SYSTEM:
The 1.3 mm diameter piece is a drill bit, designed for cutting and removing bone tissue;
2) These are not drill bits, but rather REAMERS; whether rotating clockwise or counterclockwise, they promote expansion and compaction. However, they work more efficiently and optimize results when rotating clockwise.
